Employers publish a job and run the whole hire in one place — applications from the app, their apply page and their hiring email, then screening, interviews, offers and the confirmed hire.
Do I need a CV to start?
No. Answer a few questions about your work and experience, and a complete CV is written for you in your language. You can edit it, download it as a PDF and use it anywhere.
What does it cost job seekers?
Building your profile and CV, browsing, applying, and taking part in interviews and offers all cost nothing. Two things are paid: revealing an employer's contact details before you apply, and an interview practice session with Jobbii. The price is shown before you confirm, and new accounts start with free credits.
How do employers pay?
With credits, as you go. There is no monthly plan. Credits are spent on posting a job, a one-time setup of your hiring address and apply page, revealing a candidate's contact details, downloading a CV, or inviting an applicant to an AI interview. Everything else in the dashboard is included. Paying by card adds a 1.5% service fee, shown as its own line before you pay; a bank transfer has none.
What happens after someone applies?
The application moves through stages you control — reviewing, shortlisted, interview, offer, hired — and both sides see where it stands. You arrange an interview, send an offer that Jobbii writes for you from the terms you enter, and confirm the hire; everyone taken on stays on your Hired list.
Can I connect my own AI assistant?
Yes. An employer can connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant to their Jobbii account and ask it who applied, browse candidates, draft and publish jobs, arrange interviews and send offers. It acts as you, sees only your account, and can spend your credits — so the connection link is a secret, and you can regenerate it at any time.
Can candidates apply without the app?
Yes. Your company's apply page works on any phone: candidates enter their phone number, confirm a code, attach a CV if they have one and answer your questions. Their application appears in your dashboard next to the others.
Who can see a candidate's phone number?
An employer sees a candidate's contact details after that candidate applies to them, or if the employer pays to reveal them. Browsing alone never shows them, and a CV is never available through a public link.
What do the AI features actually do?
They handle specific tasks: drafting a CV or a job advert from what you type, ordering jobs and candidates by fit, reading emailed CVs into your inbox, running an optional voice screening interview that gives the employer a summary and a score, and coaching a candidate privately for a job they have applied to. People make every decision.
