Terms of Service

You must be at least 14 years old to create a job-seeker account, and of legal working age in your jurisdiction to take up work found through Jobbii. Employers must not advertise work for anyone under 15. By using Jobbii you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using it for legitimate hiring or job-seeking purposes.

You sign in with your mobile phone number or your email address and a one-time code, sent to WhatsApp, by SMS, or to your email. There is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number and email secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or company, or create fake or misleading profiles.
• Post fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal job listings, or listings that request payment from applicants.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, or send spam or unsolicited advertising.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data about other users — through the app, the web, or a connected assistant — or attempt to bypass Jobbii’s access controls or rate limits.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.

You retain ownership of the profile details, photos, and CVs you upload or generate. By posting content on Jobbii, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and share it as needed to provide the service — for example, to show your profile to an employer when you apply, and to generate your AI CV. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.

Jobbii is pay-per-use. There is no subscription and no monthly plan: you buy credits and spend them on specific actions.

• For job seekers, creating a profile, writing your CV, browsing, applying, and taking part in interviews and offers cost nothing. Credits are spent only on revealing an employer’s contact details before you apply, and on an interview practice session.
• For employers, credits are spent on publishing a job, activating your hiring address and apply page, revealing a candidate’s contact details, downloading a candidate’s CV, and inviting an applicant to an AI screening interview. Everything else in the dashboard is included.
• The price of an action is always shown before you confirm it. New accounts start with a free credit balance.
• Paying by card adds a 1.5% service fee, shown as its own line before you pay. Paying by bank transfer or an invoiced purchase carries no service fee.
• Credits are prepaid, have no cash value, and are not exchangeable for money. Where a charged action does not happen — for example a screening invitation that expires, is declined, or fails before the call takes place — the credits are returned to your balance.
• Taxes may apply where required by law.

Jobbii carries messages, times, offers and records between an employer and a candidate. It is not the employer and is not a party to any offer, contract, or employment relationship. An offer sent through Jobbii states the terms the employer entered; it does not replace the employment contract or any document required by law, and Jobbii does not verify it. Confirming a hire in Jobbii is a record that a hiring decision was made, not a contract of employment.

An employer may enable a short recorded voice interview for their job. Taking it is the candidate’s choice, and declining is not a rejection. If taken, the call is recorded and transcribed, and the employer receives a summary and a score. A score is an aid to that employer’s judgement and is never a decision on its own.

Jobbii uses AI to help write profiles, CVs and job adverts, to rank matches, and to summarise interviews. AI output is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. It is provided as a suggestion for you to review and edit; you are responsible for the final content you submit or share.

An employer may connect their own AI assistant to their Jobbii account. The connection is a secret link: anyone holding it can act on that account, so keep it private and regenerate it if it is exposed. A connected assistant acts as the employer, is limited to that employer’s own account, and can spend that account’s credits — for example by publishing a job. The employer remains responsible for everything done through it.

Jobbii is a platform that connects job seekers and employers. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any hiring decision, employment relationship, contract, payment, or communication between users. Always verify offers, contracts, and identities directly with the other party before exchanging money or personal documents. Jobbii never asks job seekers to pay an employer to apply, and you should treat any such request as fraudulent.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credit balance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that create risk to other users or the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licences, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

Jobbii is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of listings or profiles, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobbii and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, or from interactions with other users.

You agree to indemnify and hold Jobbii and Code Slice LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice. Continued use of Jobbii after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
